Share Your World 2-3-2020

Here we are once again at SHARE YOUR WORLD TIME. Melanie from Sparks From a Combustible Mind has asked her questions and I cannot help but answer them! Read on and see how I answered this week and then click on the underlined link above to see how others have answered the questions.

SYW-two-hands

When was the last time you tried something new?

I just got back from the Philippines 2 weeks ago. That was new. I experienced my first Philippine wedding that was new and absolutely stunning! I ate Philippine cuisine and that was new as well as yummy!

I put my feet in the Pacific Ocean and that was also new!

If you were forced to eliminate every physical possession from your life with the exception of what could fit into a single backpack, what would you put in it?

A Change of clothes, A cell phone,  a bed roll and one of those scout cook plates with the cup and fork, spoon and knife set up, and of course a leatherman.

What simple fact do you wish more people understood?

Jesus is Lord.

What food item do you go through fastest in your house?  (credit to Sandmanjazz)

Bread and Coffee.

  1. Thank you sincerely Joseph for Sharing Your World and showing us a beautiful glimpse into that very special wedding. It would be lovely if more people realized the truth of Jesus is Lord. I suspect the world would be changed in a good way towards things more important and kinder. Have a great week!

    • One day it will be Melanie. I look forward to that day. I don;t know how the LDS church looks at the change of the age but in the AOG (Assemblies of God) we foresee a time of great trouble followed by a time of peace and joy the world has never known. Well that’s a bit of an oversimplification but basically that is the gist.

  2. Congratulations to your son and his bride! So good you could be there in person for the wedding celebration. The video really captures the joy of the wedding. Thanks for sharing!
