When was the last time you tried something new?
I just got back from the Philippines 2 weeks ago. That was new. I experienced my first Philippine wedding that was new and absolutely stunning! I ate Philippine cuisine and that was new as well as yummy!
I put my feet in the Pacific Ocean and that was also new!
If you were forced to eliminate every physical possession from your life with the exception of what could fit into a single backpack, what would you put in it?
A Change of clothes, A cell phone, a bed roll and one of those scout cook plates with the cup and fork, spoon and knife set up, and of course a leatherman.
What simple fact do you wish more people understood?
Jesus is Lord.

One day it will be Melanie. I look forward to that day. I don;t know how the LDS church looks at the change of the age but in the AOG (Assemblies of God) we foresee a time of great trouble followed by a time of peace and joy the world has never known. Well that’s a bit of an oversimplification but basically that is the gist.

I am not usually a very emotional person but when my son put the ring on my daughter-in-law’s finger I got really choked up. I felt like destiny was making an appearance right then.
