Interesting to think that the disciples weren’t told how long they were going to have to wait for the Holy Spirit or what that even meant! I never thought of that. We get to read the whole story of course.

Yes. We easily forget that what we read as a completed story the disciples were living out in time, uncertain of exactly what was going to happen.
