I did too, and it put me in the hospital fpor 28 days with panic attacks. I still have trouble saying no, but the pandemic has kept people from asking, and now I know the value of not being rushed all of the time or feeling on deadline every week.
I know exactly what you mean. Life is still plenty busy but not as busy as it was. The rhythm feels more holy.
