This post is in response to CEE’S FLOWER OF THE DAY CHALLENGE ON MAY 1ST.
It is a cold rainy day here in Massachusetts. We are several weeks behind Cee as far as the gardens go. My iris’ are just poking their heads through the ground. I am looking forward to brighter, sunnier days that will bring forth the blooms I wait in hope for. They will come. Patience is a power word for this year and we are all practicing it.
In the meantime:

Memories are such precious things.
Memories are very precious. 😀 😀
Yes they are.
Pretty much every day is a rainy day here in Kolkata. But it is wonderful. The sun shines bright in the morning helping people conduct their daily chores at home and then just as the sun goes down there is a pouring. I will remember these days even far ahead in my years. You have got a lovely blog.
Best wishes from The Strong Traveller and have a great day 🙂
Do check out my blog. There is some travel and lifestyle content which you may find interesting. We try to come up with new and interesting things every day. Do follow if you like it 🙂
Thank you so much! The rainy days here tend to last for days not ours. We just came through two solid days of drizzle. That said it is nice today and so we will probably have a day or two now when we can really work on getting the gardens in shape.
That’s great. Gardening is such a nice thing to do. It is almost like a form of meditation.
I actually do some of my best meditation while I am in the dirt.
wow so great
I love the garden. It has been several years since I actually had time to put into it.
