I read a book last year called The Way Of the Shepherd. It revolutionized my thinking of all the Shepherd does for the sheep. It revolutionized the way I think of pastoring too.
a friend was just teaching the lessons from a book – probably that one – a couple weeks ago and i was blown away by all the care a shepherd gives each sheep.
It’s a really good leadership book.
