No king is saved by the multitude of an army;
A mighty man is not delivered by great strength.
17 A horse is a vain hope for safety;
Neither shall it deliver any by its great strength. Psalm 33:16,17

I think I can honestly say that there is no earthly strength in me, for me to trust in. Everyday, whatever must get done, can only be accomplished with God’s help. I have sufficient strength to realize I must call on Him, and actively pursue Him in His Word and through TV/online church–that’s all I’ve got, so you can bet I don’t neglect it. And it’s fun, and Amazing, when some days I’m exhausted and feel Zero Motivation–yet He powers me through a significant to-do list! Wowza!! Praise His Name!
This is an awesome testimony. In the places of our greatest weakness He is made strong! I know feeling weak is never terrific but in that place and sometimes only in that place can we realize the true sustaining power of God.
I feel pretty limp and wimpy today, so I’m looking for His sustaining power to roll in 🙂
That is me most days. I have to daily choose to “Do it afraid” as Joyce Meyers says.
