  1. Here’s my offering: when you are feeling so desperate that you’re tempted to do something you’re sure is NOT part of God’s plan for you, and you choose to be still and wait, trusting HIM for a better response/solution.

      • So true! And I don’t know if it’s the same with you, but there are areas I have no trouble at all trusting Him in–like finances–and then other stuff that I continually “pray and fret” (and nag and murmur) about. I just know He’s saying, “Kiddo, if you can trust me for financial provision, why do you thing the rest is beyond me?” I’m glad for His unfailing love, grace, and new-each-morning mercies!

      • I am with you in this. My area of fear is finances actually and I struggle with trusting Him in this. Meanwhile other areas I can easily rest in so trust for me has been built a lot around financial trial. Sometimes I succeed in trusting and other times…well let’s just say I am a work in progress who is very thankful that in God’s mercy there is always another chance.

      • That is what the body of Christ is all about when I can’t believe for finances I ask those who can to pray me through and when others struggling to be peaceful through relationship trials well that one I sort of have sewn up and can believe brothers and sisters through.

      • Good! Then will you please pray for my relationship issues–actually, it’s probably a deep-down issue in need of healing that impacts all my relationships/perspective on people in general… Hope that’s not too much to ask–I’d certainly welcome some assistance. Thanks–and I’ll keep you in prayer from the other side of the country 🙂
