  1. Spiritually – sitting reading the word, listening to worship music, or turning off all noise and sitting in silence just listening and being.

    Physically – taking time for myself. Taking a walk or hiking outdoors. Spending time in nature, observing, watching, taking pictures, and then stopping to write in my notebook when inspiration hits.

    Both of these things refresh my body, soul, and mind. I always pictured laying down in green pastures as being a time of relaxing, refreshment, and refilling.
