Weekly Photo Challenge: Inside

This week’s photo challenge from the Daily Post is “INSIDE”. I am supposed to reveal the inside of something or show pictorially what I see on the inside! To see more “Inside” posts go to http://dailypost.wordpress.com/2013/09/13/photo-challenge-inside/

    • I do not agree with a lot of the things Wayne says but this one, while extremely hard to practice, I find to be true, at least while I am in Christ. My emotions do at times rage out of control and sometimes it takes a season to get them under control but with Christ’s help I can do it. Further even when my feelings are in that wandering rebelling state I can still control my choices in regards to them. A while back there was a season I wanted to chuck it all and go live in a tent in the woods but I knew that was not God’s desire. So I worked against my feelings and made choices to keep my head in the game. This is controlling what is on the inside. I think we all do it and have to do it from time to frequent time.

      • Okay, with your helpful explanation–that there may be “time” involved–I can see it, and know that it’s true for me as well. I was hearing it as more instantaneous–zap, bam, presto-chang-o my mood/attitude is changed/improved. That rarely happens for me. Thanks for your help, Pastor J.
