Let not those who seek You be confounded because of me, O God of Israel.
Because for Your sake I have borne reproach;
Shame has covered my face.
I have become a stranger to my brothers,
And an alien to my mother’s children;
Because zeal for Your house has eaten me up,
And the reproaches of those who reproach You have fallen on me. Psalm 69:6-9

What does the title “God of Israel” mean to you?

Let not those who seek You be confounded because of me, O God of Israel.
Because for Your sake I have borne reproach;
Shame has covered my face.
I have become a stranger to my brothers,
And an alien to my mother’s children;
Because zeal for Your house has eaten me up,
And the reproaches of those who reproach You have fallen on me. Psalm 69:6-9

Talk to me about things in life that confound you.

Of Time and Eternity

100_1806

Time

The space

Between breaths.

The expanse lives-

Ceases by its touch.

It has its day and night,

Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn.

Moon and stars by their orbits tell

The story. It’s a passing thing, but

They also speak of something more.

Endless life and light are there

In a clockless realm.

Change changes change.

Eternity

Is no

Time.
