O Lord, I give my life to you. Psalm 25:1

What does giving your life to God look like? Are you doing that?

Open up, ancient gates!
    Open up, ancient doors,
    and let the King of glory enter.
¹⁰ Who is the King of glory?
    The Lord of Heaven’s Armies—
    he is the King of glory Psalm 24:9,10

What do generals of armies do with gates that refuse to open up?

Open up, ancient gates!
    Open up, ancient doors,
    and let the King of glory enter. Psalm 24:9

Are there gates or doors in your life that are closed off to God? What are you going to do about that?

Who is the King of glory?
    The Lord, strong and mighty;
    the Lord, invincible in battle. Psalm 24:8

What battles has God yet to win in your life? Commit that struggle to Him again right now. He will win!

Who is the King of glory?
    The Lord, strong and mighty;
    the Lord, invincible in battle.

How does God display His might?

Who is the King of glory?
    The Lord, strong and mighty;
    the Lord, invincible in battle.

What is God’s strength like?

Open up, ancient gates!
    Open up, ancient doors,
    and let the King of glory enter. Psalm 24:7

What makes you feel old? How does that feel?

Who may climb the mountain of the Lord?
    Who may stand in his holy place?
⁴ Only those whose hands and hearts are pure,
    who do not worship idols
    and never tell lies.
⁵ They will receive the Lord’s blessing
    and have a right relationship with God their savior.
⁶ Such people may seek you
    and worship in your presence, O God of Jacob.^[a]

Psalm 24:3-6

Have you ever felt the presence of God? What was that like?
