My happy place today was lunch with my daughters at Blueprints for Father’s Day.

I am so glad I got to take my mom and my daughter, Amanda, to the Moving Wall last week. It was a somber experience but a memory worth having. And we all got Banana Splits afterwards! 🙂

Just a note the home page for the wall is currently without a webmaster so you may have trouble loading that.

The black locust is in bloom filling the evenings with the scent of jasmine and grapes. How could anyone not be happy with the scent of Heaven filling the yard?

Today I am enjoying a walk down memory lane. I am thinking about my son’s recent visit to me from PA. It was a wonderful weekend!

Jacopo is one of my replacement children (at least according to my children who gave him to me). While he desperately needs a bath and cut I still think he’s pretty cute.

I am finding myself really enjoying my exercise times. This photo done in Infrared was taken during my walk along the Whitney Pond bike path.

Well I am a day behind because I “wasted” yesterday on what was my first real sabbath in about seven weeks. I am really really really happy I did!
Today I am happy that yesterday I napped in my back yard!

Yes, the Sovereign Lord is coming in power.
He will rule with a powerful arm.
See, he brings his reward with him as he comes.
11 He will feed his flock like a shepherd.
He will carry the lambs in his arms,
holding them close to his heart.
He will gently lead the mother sheep with their young. Isa. 40:10,11 NLT
