Share Your World 2016 Week#8

share-your-world2

It is time to SHARE MY WORLD WITH YOU AGAIN. That capitalized link will get you into a whole world of learning how to share your world and a ton of examples about how to do it from Cee’s many subscribers. But before you go, here are the weekly questions from Cee and my shares concerning them.

What household chore do you absolutely hate doing?

I am decidedly not a big fan of raking or weeding the garden beds. I am OK if my lawn and gardens will not make the next issue of Better Homes and Gardens.

What was the last URL that you bookmarked?

You Tube Buffalo Herd: Our Riches At Christ’s Expense

Close your eyes. Listen to your body. What part of your body is seeking attention? What is it telling you?

My neck and my shoulders are telling me, “You need a neck massage.”

Would you rather have a two-bedroom apartment in a big city of your choosing or a mansion in the country side in the state or country where you currently live?

Can the mansion be a three bedroom log cabin in the countryside? If so I’ll take that.

Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

I am grateful for a wonderful team of church staff, and visiting lay ministers who helped with the incredible amount of ministry our church did last week.

This week I am looking forward to visiting with my daughter Melanie and her husband James who are up in Winchendon with me for their vacation.

Color Your World: Magenta

It is that time of the day when you just want to MAGENTAIZE your day isn’t it? Don’t you just wish everything was this color right now?

Imagine if your coffee was magenta, or your computer screen. What a lovely world it would be!

Well if you want to see things that are legit magenta you will have to click the capitalized link above or look below at my magenta offerings.

He Wants More

Will you just abide with Him? It is the solution!

debbestillandlisten's avatarDebBe Still and Listen

Over the last two months God has been speaking to me about abiding in Him.  I have been meditating on this and probably not as much as I should have hence why He is still speaking to me about it.  The more I abide in Him the more He will abide in me is what His words says.

A couple of weeks ago a man in our church, who often gives a word of prophesy, spoke to me after church one Sunday and this is what he had to say.

“Debby, God gave me this word today but I didn’t felt led to speak it to the church but I’m going to tell you.” He says chuckling a little.  I instantly heard in my spirit this is just for you Deb.

So he goes on to say, “You know we are to take every thought captive, right?”

I said, “Yeah.”

Sandy Freeman and one of her carvings.

C.cada is the artist’s ministry of Cornerstone Church our goal is to help people discover, develop and deploy their God given gifts for the church and for the community.

One Saturday a month our artists take over the church for a day. In the afternoon we host a class to help people discover their latent talents. This month I taught a class on the Shadorma form of poetry. We had four artists in attendance. Here are their works built from two prompts:

But if wicked people turn away from all their sins and begin to obey my decrees and do what is just and right, they will surely live and not die. All their past sins will be forgotten, and they will live because of the righteous things they have done.
