We are currently in the midst of a photo challenge where we have to come up with a theme for our own challenge based off of a picture that Cee gives us. From this photo some of the choices are…
Cee Neuner is on vacation for the next few weeks; So Melanie has decided to write a NOT SHARE YOUR WORLD POST for the duration. Here are the “Not sharing your world questions” and my answers. Then you can go to Melanie’s blog and not share your world too!
Have you ever been in a food fight?
Ummm. Yes I have been in the middle of one, but I got out of it as fast as I could. Flying mashed potatoes are not my thing.
How do you deliver bad news?
In my line of work I get to deliver a lot of bad news. Usually I do it with as gentle a hand as I can; then I allow for emotions and grief, and then steer the conversation towards prayer.
What (if anything) do you think is beyond the stars?
I offer these videos as an answer:
What “redneck” (unsophisticated) activity do you like to do?
I like to eat Mac and Cheese with hot dogs cut up in it. On a really special day I might also cut up bologna in it or as my we say it in these here parts “baloney.”
Is there a scary scene from a movie (or book) you viewed a child that still haunts you?
That horrific scene from Cujo when Donna is bitten!
It is time to SHARE MY WORLD WITH CEE. If you are new to Lillie-Put , Share your world is a weekly challenge I participate in. It is hosted by photo blogger Cee Neuner out of Portland Oregon. Each week Cee asks four questions and people across the blogosphere answer the questions thus “sharing their worlds”.
Cee’s weekly questions and my answers are posted below. When you have finished reading my answers I encourage you to use the underlined link to travel over to Cee’s blog and find other sharing answers.

Here are Cee’s sharing questions for the week and my answers: If you could choose any person from history to be your imaginary friend, who would it be and why?
I would choose Francis Of Assisi to be my imaginary friend because he has such an interesting soul. His legacy is so tough and tender.
60s, 70s, 80s, 90s: Which decade do you love the most and why?
I think I would have to say the 70’s because the TV was so cheesy and awesome. It was the time when my imagination was forged in fires of innocence.
When you die, what do you want to be remembered for?
My faith, my hope, my love, my wisdom and my patience.

I really enjoyed attending my daughter’s baby shower. That’s right! I am going to be a Grampa. But I will not be called “Grampa”. I shall be “Oz”!
I am a few days late this week but still determined to Share My World. My! My! My! It was a busy one!

Here are the sharing questions for this week and my answers:
A piece of clothing from your younger childhood you still remember?
I had this brown silk shirt with wagon wheels all over it. I thought it was awesome when I was eight. It was the height of 70’s fashion. I think my mother burned all the pictures of me wearing it.
Irregardless of your physical fitness, coordination or agility: If you could be an athlete what would do do? Remember this is SYW, dreaming is always allowed.
I would be a parkour master
In a car would you rather drive or be a passenger?
I think I would rather drive at this point in my life and that is a definite change.
What did you appreciate or what made you smile this past week? Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.
Here is a quote from one of the books I am reading. That inspired me this week.
“If…we dare to respond as Father God call us out to become His men, if we allow Him to nail our pride and our plans to the cross, we’re eligible at last to receive His Spirit and do our appointed task in restoring His kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven.- From Healing the Masculine Soul
