I don’t know how anyone manages without it–I did the anguished weepy praying last night…feel calmer today. Billy Sunday–was that his real name? Just curious.
Yes it was. He was a revivalist at the rturn of the last century. He started as a baseball player and became a nationally known speaker for Christ.
I’d heard of him, of course–just wasn’t sure about his name, and didn’t know he’d played baseball…back when it was the all American sport.
Yep. He was a famous baseball player in like 1898 or something like that.
