Psalm 138
OF DAVID.
1 I will praise you, Lord, with all my heart;
before the “gods” I will sing your praise.
2 I will bow down toward your holy temple
and will praise your name
for your unfailing love and your faithfulness,
for you have so exalted your solemn decree
that it surpasses your fame.
3 When I called, you answered me;
you greatly emboldened me.
4 May all the kings of the earth praise you, Lord,
when they hear what you have decreed.
5 May they sing of the ways of the Lord,
for the glory of the Lord is great.
6 Though the Lord is exalted, he looks kindly on the lowly;
though lofty, he sees them from afar.
7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble,
you preserve my life.
You stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes;
with your right hand you save me.
8 The Lord will vindicate me;
your love, Lord, endures forever—
do not abandon the works of your hands.

Sometimes the Holy Spirit just zaps me, and I find myself doing things I hadn’t planned to (didn’t think I could) do. Sometimes the Lord and I are talking as I read His Word, and He highlights a verse and says, “you can do it, girl!”
I love those zap moments. They are so encouraging. I hope you had a nice break away.
The “mission of mercy” has been a trial and a half (and expensive), not restful or encouraging. I’ll be quitting my blogging job soon due to health issues (cataracts, etc) and technical ones.
I am sorry “the zap” has been rough on you. Get some quiet and rest. I often have those moments when I am bogged under and know….OK I need to
hide for a while.
Your words ended abruptly, was there more on your mind?
Om my no that was just atrocious wording and puntuation. Here is how that should have read.

Thank you. Due to cataracts being an issue, blogging is way difficult…if I can get an affordable magnifying screen, I may be able to return.
Then I shall pray for that eventuality.
Much appreciated, Brother Joe 🙂

Before I make the blog Private, I have a good Sunday Songs post coming up–hope you enjoy 🙂
Thanks. I can’t wait to hear it.
Thank YOU for all the encouragement you give me!
