Remember your word to your servant,
for you have given me hope.
50 My comfort in my suffering is this:
Your promise preserves my life.
51 The arrogant mock me unmercifully,
but I do not turn from your law.
52 I remember, Lord, your ancient laws,
and I find comfort in them.
53 Indignation grips me because of the wicked,
who have forsaken your law.
54 Your decrees are the theme of my song
wherever I lodge.
55 In the night, Lord, I remember your name,
that I may keep your law.
56 This has been my practice:
I obey your precepts. Psalm 119: 49-56

Just popped over after seeing you had visited my site…love what you’ve done with your blog, lookin’ good! I haven’t been here for some time…I’m the “old Caddo”. God bless you and your family!
So nice to “see” you again. Yes much has changed here at The Vicarage, including our new family blog which is called Notes From the Vicarage. While Covid has been a catalyst of the change in our lives here they really began over a year ago and culminated in January. I am in a much different head space than I have been for the last eight or nine years.
I hope it’s a good space. Praying you and the family are all well, Pastor 🙂 I’ve done some growing and changing myself–GOD IS GOOD!
He is indeed! God has brought me into a spacious place and I am so thankful! And it sounds like you have some wonderful things to share as well. I hope we get the chance.
“A spacious place”–I so love that, it’s true!!
🙂
