May the peoples praise you, God;
may all the peoples praise you.
4 May the nations be glad and sing for joy,
for you rule the peoples with equity
and guide the nations of the earth.
5 May the peoples praise you, God;
may all the peoples praise you.
6 The land yields its harvest;
God, our God, blesses us.
7 May God bless us still,
so that all the ends of the earth will fear him. Psalm 67: 3-7

Morning! thanks for the verse, I’ve compared the verse to other Bible Translations and equity means “justice” and “fairness”. So , “He governs us with fairness”
Very true. Do you think God’s idea of fair and our ideas of fair differ widely?
Yes. I think so. Fairness to God in my opinion means that “There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” – Galatians 3:28 whereas, fairness to us is usually ‘me first’. To us it’s more of be fair to me first, then I’ll consider your needs. It’s rarely unconditional & unselfish
