
My heart pounds in my chest.

Indifference. To suffering and want in others. To service where it is sorely needed. I don’t know that it CAUSES hatred of the magnitude of which you speak, but it sure contributes.
I think the power of hatred is not usually built on the sweeping strokes of destruction. In most cases it is founded on a million little pebbles of meanness.
