You drove out the pagan nations by your power
and gave all the land to our ancestors.
You crushed their enemies
and set our ancestors free.
3 They did not conquer the land with their swords;
it was not their own strong arm that gave them victory.
It was your right hand and strong arm
and the blinding light from your face that helped them,
for you loved them. Psalm 44:2,3

As I understand, in the Old Testament His Glory shone so bright that it had to be veiled, partially hidden, lest people see it and die. In the New Testament it could still strike one blind–Saul/Paul. These days I’m thinking it’s His Glory Light with power to reveal Truth, and heal… maybe?
Oh to see that glory! That would be glory and then probably also a little frightening. I think you have nailed it here.
Good to hear–thanks.
