Why am I discouraged?
Why is my heart so sad?

Are you really asking that we justify our sadness?
No. There is no need to justify anything to me. These meditations are about realizations and what we really think not about judgment. As I have meditated this week I have asked myself these questions and some of the things I am sad about I think should sadden me then there are other things…. That doesn’t necessarily mean I can just stop being sad but it does help me identify the things I need to go to Jesus about for healing.
