A Morning Thought On Fear

It is true that fear causes us to become hyper-focused on the thing we are afraid of. Most fears cause us to think on the thing we fear and the more we think about that thing the stronger our sense of torment becomes.

The fear of the Lord, however, is different. Fearing God will cause us to become hyper-focused on God. We will find our thoughts becoming consumed with God when once we fear Him. However, the more we think about God and focus on Him the more peaceful we become. Torment ends and rest commences!

“You will keep in perfect peace all who trust you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you.” Isa. 26:3img_20160202_073953.jpg
